The Stars

CHARLIE SHAKESPEARE
The intensely eccentric, flamboyant and self labelled ‘new mind of madness,’ is the former UK’s Funniest Kid in Stand-Up Comedy and professional actor. When he's not ranting about the world in CHANT TV's ViewPoint, he's at work at his local theatre, The Colour House Theatre, Merton Abbey Mills, SW19, where he has become a resident actor and director. Aside from writing a comedy sitcom and the occasional sketch for CHANT TV, Charlie has written three dramatic plays; two of which he produced at The Colour House. As he continues to climb the wall to success in the industry he dreams that in the not too distant future the name Charlie Shakespeare will be recognised throughout the profession.

MAX HARRISON
Max Harrison is CHANT TV’s closest friend after joining the creators in CHIPMATE! Yelling abuse at strangers from a car window, he became the first non-regular to appear in his own comedy sketch 'Max's Mic' (Below). Most recently, with his wonderfully subtle humour, Max occasionally guests on ViewPoint, co-presenting alongside his best friend Charlie Shakespeare.

GRANT RUSSELL
Grant Russell supplies the intellectual brains for CHANT TV. After meeting Charlie in a stage production of Oliver Twist at their school, where he played the title character to Charlie's Artful Dodger, they soon became best friends.
Aside from CHANT TV, Grant is currently embarking on a three year course at Greenwich University, to study his passion, IT and computerisation.
