The CHIPMATES travel to Newport, the county town of the Isle of Wight, to meet journalist Emily Scotcher from yoppul.com, a website funded by the Isle of Wight County Press. The site derives its name from island dialect, meaning 'incessant gabble'. It was chosen as the name of the website to bring the same 'non-stop chatter' to young people all over the Island.
